The Lumen answers that with a corner home office built entirely from glass: two clear tempered-glass walls meet at a slim black aluminium corner post, and a sliding door on a matching black frame closes the room off without a single opaque surface.
Because every panel is clear, the office never darkens the living room and the living room never loses its view into the workspace — the desk, task chair and built-in shelving stay visible, so the corner reads as considered architecture rather than a boxed-in add-on. The sliding door runs on a top track with a full-height bar pull, so no floor space is lost to a swing and furniture can sit close on both sides. Daylight from the main windows passes straight through to the back of the plan.
