The vertical reeding of fluted glass blurs the gym — the rack, weights and mirrors soften into a rhythmic pattern behind the glass while nearly all the light still passes through. Sliding panels open the gym to the media room for airflow or close it off during a session, and the black frames pick up the room’s black brick and slat-ceiling accents. It’s a way to give exercise its own space without building a sealed, windowless box.
