Lofts trade walls for volume and light, which is wonderful until you need to concentrate. The Axon carves a quiet office out of open loft space with a glass enclosure: slim aluminium framing and clear tempered glass wrap a corner, and a sliding glass door closes it off without interrupting the room’s industrial sightlines.
Because the walls are clear glass, the office keeps the loft’s borrowed daylight and exposed-brick backdrop while gaining a door to shut. The slim frames keep the structure minimal — the glass does the dividing, not the frame — so the workspace reads as part of the loft rather than a room dropped into it. On polished concrete, the enclosure defines the office footprint cleanly and reversibly.
The Axon is built with Komandor’s LUMI system — tempered glass in slim aluminium framing, manufactured in Mississauga and installed by Komandor crews across Toronto and the GTA, sized to your opening.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add an office to an open loft without building walls?
Yes — a glass enclosure gives you a room with a door while keeping the loft open and full of light.
Are glass office walls soundproof?
Clear glass reduces everyday noise; for higher sound control we can specify thicker or double glazing.
Is the enclosure removable?
Yes — it’s non-structural and built to the opening, so it can be reconfigured or removed.
