What happens after you reach out
- We review your project. A designer looks at your details — opening width, ceiling height, what you need to store, timing — before anyone calls you back.
- We respond within 1–2 days. We talk scope and budget — straight answers on options and realistic pricing, starting from the published closet prices.
- We book your free consultation. At the Mississauga factory showroom, the Vaughan design centre, or in your space — measurements and design ideas included.
- We measure and quote — in writing. Your design consultant takes precise measurements of the opening and you approve an itemized quote: component prices, drawings and lead time. We can also show you an AI-generated preview of the design in your own space. Plant-made goods are manufactured in about 14 days from your deposit.
- Our own team installs. The balance is due upon installation.

How long does a reach-in closet take?
Production in our Mississauga plant takes about 14 days from deposit for Canadian-stocked materials, and our own team installs. European special-order decors can add 11–13 weeks; your consultant confirms which applies before you commit.
What does “product only” cover?
The published price is for the reach-in closet as manufactured to your measurements — shelving, hanging, drawers and hardware. Installation and delivery are quoted separately by size and complexity, and both appear as their own lines on your written quote.
Can a reach-in closet go in a condo?
Yes. The system is fitted inside the opening you already have and built to your ceiling height, so nothing changes on the outside of the room. Condo rules vary; we provide the specifications your board or property manager needs for the application.
How is the reach-in measured?
Your design consultant measures the opening, the depth, the ceiling height and the floor level in your home, and you approve an itemized quote with drawings before anything is built.
Do I need new doors?
No. The interior is planned to the opening you have, behind your existing doors. If you want new sliding or hinged doors, they are quoted as their own line, and we help you choose based on the room.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every system is covered by a written warranty; the term is stated on your quote before you commit.
